The server - or more specifically the town of Portwenn (for now) - offers jobs and projects to help build the community and provide players an alternative means of income.

Some jobs are repeatable/recurring and will pay varying amounts based on supply and demand of labor; see the Portwenn project board in-game.

Other jobs have fixed rates, such as:

• Explorer - find and mark interesting locations/structures on the map and get paid based on the rarity of the find
